1. Service-Only Model

United Garage Door Expert provides diagnostic evaluations, maintenance, and repair services for residential and commercial garage doors. We do not operate as a retail storefront and do not sell uninstalled hardware or equipment directly to consumers.

2. Service Estimates & Authorizations

Technicians conduct a mechanical and safety inspection upon arrival. All repair costs, component replacements, and service scopes are presented to the property owner for authorization prior to initiating repair work.

3. High-Tension Safety & Property Access

Customers agree to maintain a safe working perimeter around the garage opening while technicians perform high-tension spring, cable, and track adjustments. Children and pets must be kept away from active work zones.

4. Limitation of Liability

While all repairs are performed to strict industry standards, we are not liable for pre-existing structural defects, electrical grid surges, or unauthorized third-party tampering with high-tension components after service completion.
